Return/Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted for $9 per order, since we are a small company we can not accept free returns. You will receive money back to the same card used. We do not accept exchanged at this time.

There is a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, use the email you used to place your order. If no email was used, email support@dempants.store the name under your order we can get it set up.

Returns are only available currently for US addresses.
