Where are you based? 

DEM is based in the US, specifically in Colorado.

When will I get my order? 

This varies based on if it is a pre-made item or a pre-order.
-Pre-made items (most common) is aimed to ship the same or next business day after you order and usually arrive within a week if your based in the US. International orders may take several weeks for transit.
-Pre-order items (rare) will take up to 6 weeks but often less depending on what time you have ordered.

How can I track my order?

You will be sent a tracking number via the email you used to place your order. To make it easier to track, download the Shop app and track orders within the app. If you didn't use an email to order, send me a dm with the name under your order and I can send the tracking number directly.

How much is shipping?

US shipping - $9 USD
Canada shipping - $20 USD + more per item
International shipping - $35 USD + more per item
Unfortunately for Canada and International orders you are responsible to pay import taxes or custom fees. DEM does not cover these.

Worldwide shipping?

Yes we ship to all countries.
