Shipping Policy

PRE-MADE - Majority of orders are all pre-made, we prioritize in shipping, and ship all pre-made items the same-next business day which includes saturdays, transit time depends on area and you will receive a tracking number via email about your order. 

PRE-ORDER - Pre-orders are rare, but may happen for funding. If it is pre-order it will be known. Pre-order items often take week/s to ship depending on when you have bought.

DEM is not responsible for lost shipments and stolen packages and claims must be made by the customer to the appropriate carrier.
