Return/Exchange Policy

Shipping Policy

PRE-MADE - Majority of orders are all pre-made, orders should be shipped in 1-3 business days. Transit time depends on area and you will receive a tracking number via email about your order. Usually US orders will be delivered in around a week. International orders can be several weeks depending on the country. If you have not gotten a tracking number in your email, email us the name under the order. 

PRE-ORDER - Pre-orders are rare, but may happen for funding. If it is pre-order it will be known. Pre-order items often take week/s to ship depending on when you have bought, the description will always give a estimated time on how long.

DEM is not responsible for lost shipments and stolen packages and claims must be made by the customer to the appropriate carrier.
