Return/Exchange Policy

Returns are now accepted for eligible items as of January 2nd 2026. Free returns, return label provided via email once return is accepted, all returns will be given store credit once arrived. Drop off your return at USPS. We do not offer direct refunds or exchanges unfortunately.

There is a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, use the email you used to place your order. If no email was used, email support@dempants.store the name under your order we can get it set up.

Returns are only available currently for US addresses.

Shipping Policy

PRE-MADE - Majority of orders are all pre-made, we prioritize in shipping quick, we aim to ship all pre-made items the same-next business day which includes saturdays. Transit time depends on area and you will receive a tracking number via email about your order. Usually US orders will be delivered in a week or less. If you did not use your email to buy, dm me with the name under your order and I can send tracking number directly.

PRE-ORDER - Pre-orders are rare, but may happen for funding. If it is pre-order it will be known. Pre-order items often take week/s to ship depending on when you have bought, the description will always give a estimated time on how long.

DEM is not responsible for lost shipments and stolen packages and claims must be made by the customer to the appropriate carrier.
